The worst homebuying experience. My agent, Karen, started off fine until she disappeared and stopped doing her job. Conflicts of interest arose, she never followed through on things she said. She lied through her teeth and once she got her cut of the money, she stopped responding to me. The most unprofessional group of people. I called Century 21 from the top to the bottom and never received answers back. I cant even begin to express my disdain. I will NEVER use Century 21 again nor will I refer them to anyone. Beware

Honestly I just called and told the guy in the phone we just fled from the beach in the Carolinas and money was not an issue looking for some where to rent and he immediately suggested Airbnb! Before asking my budget when he finally asked me which again i had already said money was not an issue. I suggested 1200 he said we do r have anything pretty much have a nice day.... do you want business or not as there was no business conversation here it sounded like a NO from hello!!

This team is excellent!!! Thomas went out of his way to find me the perfect place to call home! I'm so grateful for all their help! Highly, highly recommend this team!
